Questions
- How are students counted?
- Each bill counts the students on your roll when the month (or year) starts: active and suspended students count; leavers and graduates do not. Every plan has a minimum, so a very small school pays the minimum.
- What happens when we reach our plan’s limit?
- Everything you have keeps working. Adding more students or staff than your plan allows is refused with a note to upgrade; upgrading takes effect straight away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes: 14 days of Pro, with nothing charged until it ends. You can choose another plan at any time during the trial.
- How do we pay?
- By card, through Paystack. The card is charged each month or year; receipts go to your owners and your billing email. Prices are in Ghana cedis.
- Can we move down a plan?
- Yes, from your next renewal, as long as you are within the smaller plan’s limits by then. If you have more students or staff than it allows, Veltmo tells you what to change first.
- Do you offer contracts?
- Enterprise customers can have an annual contract, invoicing and a named account manager. Talk to us.
